This sequence shows a later stage in the deconstruction process of an aged Pfizer Comirnaty preparation observed under dark field microscopy. The field contains a prominent rectangular crystalline structure surrounded by vesicle-like domains, reflective particulate material, and smaller crystalline fragments distributed across the matrix.
Over time, progressive changes in optical activity, boundary definition, and surrounding field organisation can be observed. The sequence is particularly useful because the larger rectangular structure does not disappear immediately, but undergoes gradual alteration while the surrounding matrix continues to reorganise.
The recording is presented in accelerated formats to allow comparison between large-scale field evolution and slower local structural changes. Particular attention may be directed to changes occurring along the crystal boundaries, surrounding reflective activity, and redistribution of material within the field.
