Although it is not part of the same field or sample lineage as Sequences A to D, it is included in the Pfizer Assembly Sequence group because it shows related time-dependent behaviour: changing optical activity, persistent crystalline geometry, and structural variation across the field over time.

The sequence is useful as a comparative example. Rather than showing a direct continuation of the earlier assembly field, it demonstrates that similar patterns of optical and structural change can appear in another Pfizer preparation.

Attention may be directed to changes in brightness, reflectivity, internal optical behaviour, and the relationship between the crystalline regions and surrounding matrix.

This video is presented as observational documentation. Interpretation remains provisional.
